Succession planning


Professional succession planning poses the challenge for small and medium-sized enterprises. Who can take the reins from the founder who built the company from the ground up and left a lasting mark on it? Can the owner truly relinquish control and accept that there may be other paths to success? 

We are open to discussions with shareholders and help them critically examine family succession options. If desired, we are also happy to act as mentor for the successor. 

If a family succession plan is not in sight, advice will be provided by us on the installation of external management or support will be provided to you in initiating a partial or total sale of your company to an investor.
