About us

After earning his degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe, Ansgar Paul, our managing owner, worked for several years at leading German electrical engineering companies. He served as a sales engineer, project manager, head of product management, and regional manager in the field of building automation. He then became responsible for the national business of Germany's leading manufacturer of sanitary products as it's national sales manager. As CEO, focusing on marketing, sales, and finance, he led the German market leader in technical lighting for several years. He then served as the CEO of the world's leading manufacturer of pond and fountain products for over ten years, until the company was successfully sold to a financial investor. 

As a corporate leader, strategist, and generalist, he focuses on marketing, sales, human resources, and organisational development. Additionally, he has gained expertise in M&A projects in the private equity environment on both the buyer and seller sides through several international transactions.
